Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of knitwear collections from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market trends.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective production, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Oversee quality control processes to maintain product excellence and compliance with industry standards.
Prepare and manage production schedules and budgets, optimizing resources and timelines.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in knitwear merchandising or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of the knitwear market and product development processes, with a keen eye for trends and innovation.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and drive results.
